Shipping

We offer fully insured shipping via FedEx for all online orders shipping to addresses within the United States. Our available rates are:

• Expedited Delivery (typically delivered within 3-4 days after shipment): FREE
• Express Delivery (typically delivered within 2-3 days after shipment): $25.00
• Messenger Service (typically delivered same day as shipment—only available in New York City): $35.00
• Next Business Day (typically delivered within 1 day after shipment): $45.00

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. For international orders, please contact us at orders@shawnwarrenjewelry.com to arrange for shipping.

Processing

We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order; however, due to the nature of our product, this may not always be possible. If the piece (or size) you have ordered is out of stock, you may special order it.

Easy Returns

We know that sometimes items don't fit exactly how you expected, so Shawn Warren Jewelry accepts returns on full price orders within 10 business days of delivery. All items must be unworn and in the exact same condition in which they were sent. Simply email us at orders@shawnwarrenjewelry.com to receive your complimentary return label.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping charges. Sale orders are only eligible for site credit.

We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out.
