Dear Shawn,

Thank you for your donation of $3500.00 to support For The Love Of Life Foundation Colon Cancer Research and Prevention Program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Thoughtful gifts like yours help Memorial Sloan-Kettering's physicians such as Dr. Arnold Markowitz and researchers generate new knowledge about cancer as they work to develop more effective methods of preventing, diagnosing, and treating this deadly disease.

Your support is a critical component in the collective effort to help Memorial Sloan-Kettering pave the way for new breakthroughs in the years ahead. You have our heartfelt gratitude.

Warmest Regards,,

Dear Ms. Warren,

On behalf of the Lung Cancer Research Foundation (LCRF), I would like to thank you for your generous donation of $7,995.00 from your jewelry show on December 6, 2011. Your dedication and commitment to this cause continues to make a lasting impact, and we are deeply grateful for all of your efforts. This contribuiton makes it possible for us to support national research studies and activities focused on developing innovative strategies for better treatments, screening and prevention of all cancers of the lung.

Since its inception in 2005, LCRF has raised over $7 million to expedite research and possible cures for the disease which will claim an estimated 160,000 lives this year in the U.S> alone. Today, we continue to focus on eradicating the disease by increasing awareness and funding vital research. In 2011, LCRF funded 20 research grants totally $1 million which is only possible because of the thoughtful contributions from donors like you.

Once again thank you for your generous support. Please keep this written acknowledgment of your donation for your tax records.

Sincerely,

Ellen Carton
Interim Executive Director
