Returns & Shipping Policy

Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York.

Return policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return within 10 business days of FedEx delivery. The item must be shipped to us in it's original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping charges. We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out.
Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund.

We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the return delivery to us.

Processing
We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order; however, due to the nature of our product, this may not always be possible. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Special Orders
All sale items and special orders are non-returnable. Please contact us should you need a special size in a particular piece. In some instances we may be able to accommodate you.

Shipping
We ship all of our packages fully insured via FedEx. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
