We offer fully insured shipping via FedEx for all online orders shipping to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. For international orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for shipping.
We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order; however, due to the nature of our product, this may not always be possible. If the piece (or size) you have ordered is out of stock, you may special order it.
We know that sometimes items don't fit exactly how you expected, so Shawn Warren Jewelry accepts returns within 10 business days of delivery. All items must be unworn and in the exact same condition in which they were sent. Please return to us via insured mail.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping charges.
We cannot accept a return of any item that has been altered from the condition in which it was mailed out.
Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund.
